Cufflinks Description
Our Aymara Convex Sunrise Butterfly Cufflinks, also known as the Giant Swallowtails. These Aymara Convex Sunrise Butterfly Cufflinks come from the Pilpintuwasi Butterfly Orphanage in Peru and also these cufflinks are made from true Papilio Androgenus butterfly wings, which are then enameled over, and set in a split Peruvian Sterling Silver. It is known by their extended forewings, short and contracted hindwings, and broad yellow bands. Papilio Androgenus butterflies nourish on flower nectar and find their homes in tropical rainforests throughout Central and South America. They are real eye-catchers due to their elaborate, multi-spiked tails and their charming yellow color. These Giant Swallowtail butterflies are a testament to the grandeur of evolution and the supreme beauty found in nature. These flaming creatures are found anywhere from Mexico to Uruguay, but also find their home in islands in the Caribbean and Cuba. The males are generally very communal, and often assemble mutually to intake the mineralized humidity from the riverbanks. If they are edgy, they flutter their wings for several minutes in the air, and then start again their natural behavior once again on the riverbank once they logic it is save to do so. Protecting animals in the land of Peru you can for more information about their passion for preserving .
