Did you know that cufflinks used to be made from silk knots or thread? Charvet, a shirt maker from Paris, introduced these original silk knot cufflinks in the early 20th century. The cufflink has certainly changed since then. Now, you can purchase a pair of Red Enamel Knot cuff links, which are reminiscent of the old cufflink style. Each cufflink was handcrafted by Ravi Ratan and fixed with striking red enamel. The thick sterling silver ribbons intertwine to resemble the classic “silk” knot. A unique bullet backing adds an extra bit of flair. For an immaculate shine that will last forever, each Red Enamel Knot cuff link was hand-polished.
