   All of our butterfly wings come from the Pilpintuhuasi Butterfly Garden, located in Peru. The garden works year round to avoid the depredation of butterflies by providing them sanctuary and care in their natural Amazon environment.

   The world standard for Sterling Silver is 925, but our standards for silver are much higher. In our pursuit to craft exquisite jewelry, all of our products are 950.

About Our Company

Aymara is devoted to the design of unique and impeccable jewelry. All of our products are handmade with the best 950 Sterling Silver available on the Peruvian Market.

We have a strong commitment to the environment and the preservation of animals. The butterflies used in the jewelry making process live in a protected butterfly garden and pass on naturally. We show our commitment to the continuation of each butterfly species by donating a percentage of all sales to support PILPINTUWASI Butterfly Garden, including the Amazon Animal Orphanage.

The donation of sales is used to find new species of endangered butterflies, as well as assist with the daily maintenance of the garden and orphanage.

We only produce boutique collections. This means every piece of jewelry is unique due to the intricacies of each individual butterfly. Secondly, we work with what Mother Nature provides us every month, therefore the species and wing colorings constantly change. By working with nature, rather than against it, we ensure that each piece is non-mimetic and cannot be duplicated.
